Julio Antonio Soto

Julio leads an AI and data science team at Sandoz's Finance Innovation and Operations Unit, which delivers AI solutions for the more than 100 countries where the company operates. His team focuses on building custom AI and machine learning solutions to improve sales, planning, financials and optimization to improve the pharma's decision-making processes and operations. For the past decade Julio has worked at different technical and leadership roles, developing AI and intelligent systems in multiple sectors such as tech, telco, banking, insurance and CPGs. He is also a lecturer on machine learning and data science at different master's programs and contributes as advisor on topics related to data science. Former Kaggle competitions master, he originally graduated from both Computer Science and Business Management and holds a MSc in artificial intelligence from MSMK's University of Science and Technology.
